Brief introduction
IS type single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump axial suction, IS the

Construction
1, the type IS single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump according to
international standard ISO2858 specified performance and size design, mainly
composed of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, sealing ring, shaft sleeve,
and suspension bearing, etc.
2, IS single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump, the pump body and pump
cover part of the from dissection of the impeller, known as the open
structure.Its advantage is simple maintenance, overhaul pump body, when the
suction pipe, the discharge line and motor, simply remove the lengthened
coupling in the middle of the connecting parts, to withdraw from the rotor parts
for maintenance.
3, the pump shell (pump body and pump cover pump studio.Impeller, shaft,
and rolling bearing of the pump rotor.Suspension bearing components to
support the pump rotor part of the rolling bearing by the radial force and axial
force of pump.
4, in order to balance the axial force of pump, most of the pump impeller have before and after sealing ring, and is equipped with balance hole on impeller,because some pump axial force is not big, the impeller did not set a seal ring and balance holes on the back.
5, pump axial sealing ring is made by packing gland, packing ring and packing,
etc, in order to prevent the air intake or a large number of leaking.Pump
impeller balance, if any, is equipped with soft packing cavity and impeller inlet
are interlinked, such as impeller entrance liquid in the vacuum state, then it is
easy to along the inlet shaft sleeve surface, therefore in the packing chamber
equipped with packing ring through the small hole on the pump cover, pump
chamber pressure water to seal packing ring.Pump impeller, such as no
balance hole, because the liquid pressure is greater than the atmospheric
pressure on the back of the impeller, so there is no leak problem, so don't put
packing ring.
6, to avoid axis wear, in the shaft through the part of the packing chamber with
a collar to protect.Between the shaft sleeve and the shaft must have a type O
sealing ring, in order to prevent the surface along with air intake or leaking.
7, pump transmission way is through extended elastic coupling and motor
connection, the direction of rotation of the pump,, when looking from the drive
to rotate clockwise.

The usage and maintenance
1. Start up preparation:
(1) Take off the sundry from the machine before starting and clean up.
(2) Bearing in vivo perfusion clean hot oil as lubricant , open A, B two holes, by
injection from A hole, until B hole has the oil spill, rotate coupling with the hand,
there would be no gas from two holes, and restore the two holes to tighten
bolts.
(3) Check each part of the pump, motor, pipes and other junction, should not
have loose phenomenon.
(4) Turn the coupling with the hand can light turning, and observe the pump
with and without friction, shall be immediately ruled out.
(5) Before driving to pump transmission medium, in the process of filling,
slowly turns the coupling with the hand, should avoid up into the air.
(6) Transferring hot oil(water), while driving to uniform preheating. Preheating
is to use the heating medium is to be delivered through the pump body.
Preheat standard: the oil(water) temperature is not higher than 40 ºC,
temperature < - 50 ºC / hour, preheating, loosen bolts should be solid pump 0.3
0.5 mother, after the preheating to tighten it.
(7) Preheating process, should observe the running situation, once found
running unhealthy phenomenon, should immediately stop the pump to check.
2.maintenance:
(1). The pump IS on the first month of work, after work 100 hours to replace
lubricating oil, oil change every 500 hours later.
(2). In the process of operation, often should adjust tightness of packing,
ensure the normal order of the leak.
(3). Check the bearing of pump, the abrasion of seal ring and shaft sleeve,
when excessive wear is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
(4). The pump in the ambient temperature is lower than O ºC under the
condition of parking, the liquid in the pump body should be through the pump
body at the bottom of the plug Kong Fang off, so as to avoid frost crack pump
body.
(5). Centrifugal pump IS stopped using for a long time, should be the pump all
apart, and after cleaning grease packaging warehousing.
